Pharmaceutical Chemist, International Master in Toxicology, founding partner of the Society of Toxicology of Chile (SOTOX), member of the European register of toxicologists (EUROTOX), member of the Spanish Association of Toxicology (AETOX).
He has a vast experience in regulatory matters of phytosanitary products, pesticides and fertilizers, cosmetics and medicinal products for human use. He worked as a Toxicologist in the Department of Pesticides and Fertilizers of the Agricultural and Livestock Service, Ministry of Agriculture of Chile. She also worked in the Ministry of Health of Chile as National Coordinator in medicinal products programs.
